Any drain that is not labeled on a drainage map is not a regulated drain.  Any drain that is labeled on a drainage map IS a regulated drain (unless otherwise noted in the Index of each township drainage map).  The County Surveyor's Office and Drainage Board only have jurisdiction over those drains that are regulated.
